Principal Product Manager

About the role

Faculty is looking for a leader to shape our product management discipline within the Applied AI division. You will balance high-level strategic consulting for enterprise clients with the internal development of our product practice, standards, and team capabilities.

What you'll do

• Define and implement organizational standards and modern best practices for product management across the Applied AI unit.
• Lead senior-level client engagements, providing direction on product execution and strategy.
• Consult with enterprise leadership on operating models, technology adoption, and organizational structure.
• Develop skill frameworks that guide hiring, team growth, and professional development.
• Collaborate with business development teams to translate AI models into sustainable, long-term product offerings.
• Advocate for the strategic importance of product management to both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in product management, specifically within fast-paced or scale-up environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and guide non-technical executives through complex product decisions.
• Hands-on experience delivering products powered by data, analytics, or AI that address real-world business challenges.
• An entrepreneurial approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities, including mentorship, client delivery, and practice building.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate the value of product management to diverse audiences.
