What you'll do

• Lead the implementation of AI systems by defining high-value solutions and resolving technical challenges with engineering colleagues.
• Oversee enterprise life sciences accounts, managing deployments from initial concept to launch and identifying growth opportunities.
• Collaborate daily with customer teams, including business users, innovation leaders, and IT staff, owning the deployment program from problem identification to value measurement.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders in global pharmaceutical companies by demonstrating how our product addresses their key issues.
• Represent customer needs internally, providing insights to the product development team to guide future product enhancements in drug development.

Requirements

• Extensive background in technology consulting, product development, or a similar customer-facing role with significant impact.
• Previous experience in the Life Sciences sector, with a broad understanding of the drug development process.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in deploying AI/ML solutions that achieve measurable real-world results.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical ideas and building trust with various stakeholders.
• Expertise in managing senior customer relationships and influencing outcomes across internal and external teams.
• Proactive and adaptable approach, thriving in fast-paced environments and finding practical solutions amidst uncertainty.
• Driven by solving important problems and versatile enough to adjust your role as the product expands globally.
