Faculty is seeking a Senior Manager to join our Applied AI team, focusing on the Communications, Media, and Technology sector. You will lead client-facing projects, bridging the gap between technical AI delivery and business strategy for broadcasters, telcos, and publishers.

What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of projects from start to finish, ensuring they remain profitable and meet quality standards.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and project scope.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure internal teams and clients are aligned on objectives.
• Spot potential project risks early and guide the team through mitigation strategies.
• Create sales pitches and proposals to expand existing accounts and win new business.
• Provide mentorship to team members to support their professional development.
• Advise clients on how to apply AI to solve complex business challenges.

Requirements

• Experience in a client-facing role delivering technical or data-driven projects.
• Ability to manage commercial margins and project budgets.
• Proven track record in business development, including proposal writing and pitching.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical AI concepts for business stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a professional services or consulting environment.
