What you'll do
Project manage landing pages, registration flows, email campaigns, timelines, and deadlines to keep programs aligned with sales and marketing calendars. Source venues for Factory field marketing events that meet budget, capacity, and accessibility requirements.
Maintain budget trackers for assigned programs to monitor spend and forecast accurately.
Manage direct mail sends, including gifts, swag, and gift cards, and handle tradeshow shipments such as banners, swag, and handouts.
Travel 30-50% domestically to execute programs and engage partners in their locations.
Requirements
Bring 1-3 years of event planning and/or marketing experience, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or developer-focused company. Demonstrate strong project management, time management, and organizational skills to manage concurrent tasks and deadlines.
Show excellent written and verbal communication skills in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
Express interest in metrics-driven marketing and comfort tracking results against budget and performance goals.
Have hands-on experience with Salesforce, marketing automation, and AI tools, or a willingness to learn these systems quickly.
Thrive in fast-paced environments, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and support teammates to meet shared objectives.
Demonstrate a passion for developers, autonomy, and shaping how a new category is understood and adopted within the market.
Work from the team's San Francisco office, located within walking distance of Caltrain, five days a week, with the understanding that this role may also be based in New York City.
