About the role

We develop the operating system used to manage drone fleets for active military operations. You will connect hardware, sensors, and third-party tools into our platform to ensure they function reliably during real-world missions.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Connect robotic platforms, sensors, payloads, and external software to our core system.
• Develop production code using Python, C++, and Java.
• Collaborate with pilots, hardware teams, and external vendors to refine performance.
• Troubleshoot issues spanning networking, device communication, APIs, and field operations.
• Validate system performance through lab testing, simulations, and field trials.
• Manage the full lifecycle of integrations from initial setup to deployment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, or Java.
• Practical background in drones, autonomous systems, embedded devices, or robotics.
• Understanding of Linux environments, distributed systems, networking, and serial protocols.
• Ability to work effectively with hardware components and real-time control systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with STM32, ESP32, or NVIDIA Jetson platforms.
• Background in the defense industry or working with field-deployed technology.
• History of leading technical projects or managing complex system integrations.
