Our platform handles customer service, manages returns and exchanges, automates fulfillment, and provides product and shipping protection, all while detecting fraud.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Help shape the product direction by contributing to the roadmap and prioritizing initiatives that align with our mission.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of product features, from initial concept and requirements to launch and ongoing improvements.
- Work with engineering, design, and other departments to create user-centered solutions that meet business objectives.
- Use user research, analytics, and A/B testing to refine features and advocate for the best customer experience.
- Find ways to incorporate AI tools to improve how merchants use our platform and automate internal tasks.
- Gather feedback from customer success teams to understand merchant challenges and translate them into product needs.
- Participate in planning and review meetings to ensure the team is focused on key priorities.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of product management experience, with a proven history of launching successful B2B or consumer software.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience demonstrating product knowledge.
- Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems into clear, actionable steps for development teams.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to write SQL queries or use analytics tools to track performance.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating product decisions and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Understanding of APIs, cloud infrastructure, and software development processes.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech or e-commerce, particularly with payment systems, checkout processes, or insurance technology.
- Experience building tools or dashboards for small to large retailers.
- Background in managing developer-facing products or third-party integrations.
