What you'll do

• Conduct virtual speech and language evaluations and therapy sessions for children.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans using the company's clinical resources.
• Focus on achieving measurable results and involving families in the therapy process.
• Prepare and submit all required patient notes and reports promptly.
• Engage in necessary professional development and team discussions.
• Provide temporary coverage for colleagues on leave to maintain client care.

Requirements

• Hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Possess an individual National Provider Identifier (NPI) number.
• Be licensed to practice in a key service state, or be prepared to obtain licensure.
• Have at least 1 year of clinical experience with pediatric clients following your CFY.
• Maintain a stable internet connection and be comfortable using teletherapy software.
• Demonstrate proficiency with computers and the ability to quickly adopt new technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience working with clients covered by insurance or Medicaid.

Practical notes

• This is a W2 employment position.
• Flexible scheduling is available, with client sessions often occurring after 3:30 PM on weekdays and during mornings/afternoons on weekends.
