What you'll do
Provide direct speech therapy services, including evaluations and treatment sessions, to a caseload of patients.
Guide and develop a team of speech-language pathologists through regular check-ins, coaching, and career discussions.
Ensure team members are proficient with company systems, resources, and policies, and complete necessary training.
Collaborate with leadership to address clinical issues, share important updates, and implement organizational goals.
Facilitate team meetings focused on improving clinical practice and aligning with the company's care model.
Monitor team performance metrics, such as efficiency and patient satisfaction, and implement improvement strategies.
Participate in the recruitment process by conducting initial interviews for potential speech-language pathologists.
Uphold excellent clinical standards and stay current with evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology.
Requirements
Hold the ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and an individual NPI number.
Possess a speech-language pathology license in a key state, or be willing to obtain one before starting.
Have a dependable internet connection and be comfortable using teletherapy software.
Accumulate at least 2 years of clinical experience with pediatric populations after completing your Clinical Fellowship.
Demonstrate prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
Exhibit strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software.
Have experience working with patients covered by insurance or Medicaid.
