About the role
This position involves taking ownership of specific product lines from conception through market introduction. You will be instrumental in shaping how our defense technology products are perceived and communicated to the market. The role demands a proactive approach in a dynamic environment focused on achieving tangible outcomes.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Guide the entire lifecycle of assigned product portfolios, from initial concept to market launch.
- Define compelling product narratives, including value propositions, core messaging, and competitive differentiation.
- Collaborate closely with the Content Team to produce essential marketing collateral such as presentations, one-pagers, battlecards, case studies, and demonstrations.
- Conduct thorough market and customer research, including direct interviews.
- Establish and manage product analytics frameworks to assess the effectiveness of sales and attribution channels.
- Engage with international markets, partners, and both B2G and B2B customer segments.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or B2B marketing.
- Proven track record of successfully launching technology products into the market.
- Demonstrated proficiency in product positioning, messaging development, and storytelling.
- Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience working with sales teams and enterprise-level clients.
- High degree of personal responsibility and self-management skills.
- English language proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in defense tech, miltech, SaaS, AI, robotics, aerospace, or industrial technology sectors.
- Familiarity with government procurement processes or B2G sales cycles.
- Experience participating in international trade shows, conferences, or tender processes.
- Willingness to undertake business travel for user interviews and events.
- Background in public relations, content creation, or brand management.
- A technical background or the capacity to quickly grasp complex product details.
