What you'll do

Organize daily BI development team activities, including task planning and assignment.

Act as a Data Product Manager, gathering requirements from stakeholders and aligning team efforts with business needs.

Implement and enforce development standards and workflows for the team.

Conduct pre-publication reviews of reports to ensure quality and accuracy.

Oversee the visual consistency and adherence to UI/UX guidelines for all dashboards.

Manage the creation and maintenance of comprehensive technical and business documentation.

Lead strategic initiatives, such as organizing data and metric catalog population.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to BI developers.

Participate in the hiring process, including conducting interviews.

Requirements

Proven experience leading a development team.

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI development and administration.

Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations and translate business requirements into technical tasks.

Experience in establishing development standards, documentation practices, and understanding of Data Governance principles.

Familiarity with Medallion Architecture and Data Mart concepts.

Nice to have

Experience in coordinating with internal development teams on ERP-related analytical needs.
