About the role

Everstar is recruiting for a rapidly growing MilTech company focused on defense technologies for Ukraine. We are looking for an Exhibition Designer to shape the company's spatial identity and visual presence across various environments.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Design layouts for commercial and office interiors.
• Develop branding elements, navigation systems, and visual communication assets.
• Create interior design concepts aligned with the brand.
• Plan and design exhibition booths, presentation areas, and branded structures.
• Produce 3D visualizations of spatial concepts.
• Coordinate with marketing staff, architects, interior designers, and external contractors.
• Supervise the execution of designs to ensure they match approved brand guidelines.
• Contribute creative ideas for upcoming company projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Practical background in branding and visual identity development.
• Experience designing exhibition stands, presentation zones, or similar spatial projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong skills in Figma.
• Experience with 3ds Max or equivalent 3D visualization software such as SketchUp, Blender, or Cinema 4D.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and print production standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Portfolio featuring completed projects is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Experience designing office, retail, or public spaces.
• Skills in large-format design, outdoor advertising, and production materials.

Skills & tools

• Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Figma, 3ds Max (or SketchUp, Blender, Cinema 4D).
