About the role
Everlane seeks a Director to lead its Financial Planning & Analysis function. This role is crucial for providing financial and operational insights to guide business growth and strategic decisions. You will act as a key finance partner to various departments, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Key facts
What you'll do
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting and reporting cycles.
Maintain and develop the company's comprehensive financial model, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
Enhance financial planning processes, reporting standards, and key performance indicators.
Support business partners with data-driven analysis on financial and operational matters.
Conduct in-depth ad hoc analyses to uncover business insights and propose actionable recommendations.
Prepare financial updates for the Board of Directors and parent company, as well as internal management reports.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Finance or FP&A roles, with exposure to both large public companies and smaller, fast-growing organizations.
Demonstrated experience in e-commerce, retail, apparel, or consumer goods industries.
Proficiency in building complex financial models and performing detailed data analysis.
Strong ability to foster collaborative relationships across all organizational levels.

This is a full-time position. For candidates in the Los Angeles area, the role is hybrid with three days per week in the Arts District office (Tuesdays through Thursdays). Candidates outside the Los Angeles area may be considered for a remote work arrangement.
The annual compensation range for this position in the Los Angeles area is $128,000 to $171,000. Actual pay will depend on qualifications, experience, and location.
