About the role
Meditec, a leader in healthcare IT solutions for 25 years, seeks a Marketing Manager to boost visibility and generate sales leads. This role involves full ownership of marketing activities, from strategy to execution, for our healthcare technology products. You will act as a product advocate, translating complex solutions into clear messages and driving measurable sales impact.

What you'll do
- Plan and execute targeted marketing activities and demand generation campaigns to increase product sales.
- Develop and manage Meditec's marketing strategy for IT products and services, aligning with business objectives.
- Oversee short-term and long-term marketing plans and campaigns across various online and offline channels.
- Serve as a product representative, transforming intricate healthcare IT details into understandable content and stories for diverse audiences.
- Monitor and optimize marketing performance by tracking leads, conversions, ROI, and pipeline contributions.
- Organize and host webinars, product demonstrations, seminars, client gatherings, and industry exhibitions to build market presence and attract qualified leads.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new segments and target audiences, adjusting product positioning as needed.
- Enhance the market standing of Meditec's products and services.
- Create and implement internal and external communication plans, including public relations and media outreach.
- Produce and distribute digital content across the company website, social media, and other platforms to raise awareness and engagement.
- Maintain and improve the website, social media accounts, and digital platforms, using analytics to guide enhancements.
- Prepare marketing collateral such as presentations, brochures, and exhibition materials, ensuring brand consistency.
- Manage the marketing budget and provide reports to leadership on activities, results, industry trends, and competitor actions.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and other teams to support the entire customer journey.
Requirements
- A degree in marketing, communications, or a similar field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on B2B marketing experience.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with effective practical execution of campaigns.
- A strong grasp of software/IT products and marketing's role throughout development and sales.
- A focus on results and performance, comfortable with metrics, funnels, ROI, and attribution.
- Skill in converting technical product features into clear customer benefits and narratives.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and analytics tools.
- Strong planning, organizational, and self-management capabilities.
- Creativity, initiative, and a drive to pursue innovative concepts.
- Capacity to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage several activities simultaneously.
- Excellent proficiency in both Latvian and English.
Nice to have
- Marketing experience within the IT, SaaS, or healthcare sectors.
- Knowledge of medical information systems or healthcare digitalization.
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM, or lead-tracking tools (e.g., HubSpot).
