What you'll do

Develop and write scripts for influencer campaigns, YouTube, TikTok, and podcast integrations, managing the process from initial concept to final delivery.

Create fresh creative concepts and unique angles to make Ethos stand out and capture audience interest.

Participate in user-generated content (UGC) shoots, contributing to on-set creative refinement and bringing scripts to life.

Collaborate with the Creative Director of Paid Social, video editors, and performance marketing teams to analyze campaign performance and inform future content.

Utilize AI tools extensively for idea generation, exploring new creative directions, and rapid iteration while maintaining high quality.

Stay informed about current trends on platforms like TikTok and YouTube, creator culture, and popular podcast content.

Write scripts with a performance focus, ensuring each piece has a strong hook, engaging story, and clear call to action.

Requirements

At least 6 years of experience writing for digital channels, with a portfolio showcasing influencer scripts, UGC concepts, YouTube, TikTok, and branded podcast content.

Demonstrated ability to identify compelling angles and make content genuinely interesting, akin to a journalist covering a beat.

Solid understanding of direct response and performance creative, with the ability to write hooks that capture attention and drive conversions.

Experience on UGC or influencer shoots, comfortable adapting scripts in real-time when needed.

Proficiency in using AI tools for concepting, ideation, and writing at scale, with a discerning taste to filter output.

Strong familiarity with platform-specific cultures on TikTok, YouTube, and podcasts, tailoring writing to each channel.

Capacity to generate a high volume of creative concepts without sacrificing quality.

Ability to work effectively and independently with editors, directors, and performance teams in a fast-paced environment.

US national base salary range: $127,000 - $223,000.

Compensation is based on role, level, and location.

Salary range reflects new hire targets across all US locations.
