Senior Director, Partnerships Analytics
About the role
This role will serve as the primary analytics and data science leader for the Third-Party Agent Business. You will guide the leadership team with data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions, identify growth opportunities, and shape product development.

What you'll do
- Analyze and quantify key business drivers across the agent lifecycle, including acquisition, engagement, productivity, and retention.
- Develop and implement a structured approach for measuring and analyzing agent product features and performance through experimentation and data analysis.
- Establish and maintain foundational data integrity for critical business metrics such as commission payments, debt resolution, retention rates, and activity attribution.
- Define the vision for leveraging artificial intelligence to automate insight generation and enhance self-service analytics capabilities.
- Lead, mentor, and expand the analytics team, setting high standards for performance and analytical craft.
- Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, sales, operations, marketing, and finance teams to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Provide analytical support for the direct-to-consumer annuities business, including funnel analysis, experimentation, and A/B testing.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in analytics, with at least 5 years dedicated to building and managing teams of individual contributors and managers.
- Demonstrated ability to dissect complex business challenges into fundamental components, identify relevant data, and inform critical decisions.
- Proven track record of establishing accurate data definitions, dictionaries, taxonomies, and improving data quality at scale.
- Strong proficiency in business analytics, with a solid understanding of product analytics, including experimentation, causal inference, and instrumentation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to executives, write concise memos, and partner with engineering on data modeling.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B2C environments, analyzing performance across various customer segments including enterprise accounts, small businesses, agents, uplines, and end consumers.
- Prior experience in fintech, marketplaces, real estate tech, or insurance industries.

Practical notes
- US national base salary range: $193,000 - $340,000.
- Compensation includes base salary only; bonus, equity, or other benefits are separate.
