About the role
This role is central to defining and communicating Equip's value to the market and to healthcare providers. You will lead product marketing efforts, focusing on how we position our services to reach a broad audience and how we build lasting relationships with referring providers. We seek a strategic and agile leader who can drive innovation in our market presence.

What you'll do
Develop clear messaging and value propositions that highlight Equip's unique strengths for various user groups and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
Create detailed profiles of our target audiences, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals, to understand their needs and motivations.
Design customer journeys for both business-to-business and business-to-consumer interactions, ensuring our messaging guides users effectively from awareness to ongoing engagement.
Oversee the planning and execution of market introductions for new services, care enhancements, and expanded target markets.
Build strong relationships with senior leadership, using strong communication skills to align teams and advance strategic objectives.
Collaborate to build a brand strategy that establishes Equip as a trusted clinical authority and encourages long-term provider loyalty.
Work with clinical leaders to manage a Provider Advisory Board that offers internal guidance and serves as an external brand endorsement.
Partner with sales and clinical teams to identify and develop valuable resources, content, and speaking engagements that attract and retain providers.
Guide marketing channel managers on how to best utilize messaging and content within their specific platforms.
Requirements
A minimum of 10 years of experience in product marketing or go-to-market roles, with a history of successfully launching products for both businesses and consumers.
Prior experience within the healthcare sector, working with insurance providers, healthcare systems, or patient-facing services.
Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and develop a team, fostering a supportive and high-achieving environment through clear goals and individual growth plans.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with a proven capacity to quickly establish trust with senior leaders and influence stakeholders effectively.
A comprehensive understanding of full-funnel digital marketing, content strategy development, and campaign execution.
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for translating complex clinical offerings into understandable and persuasive narratives.
