This position leads product marketing and brand strategy for equip, focusing on content creation. The role involves two main areas: launching and positioning products across the market, and developing provider brand marketing to encourage repeat business. Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop compelling value propositions, unique selling points, and messaging that resonates with various audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
- Analyze competitors to ensure distinct market positioning.
- Research and create detailed profiles for providers and consumers, identifying their specific challenges and motivations.
- Outline B2B and B2C customer journeys, ensuring core positioning and value propositions flow logically through each stage, from initial discovery to onboarding and retention.
- Oversee the entire process of bringing new services, care model improvements, or new target audiences to market.
- Build strong relationships with C-suite and executive stakeholders, using emotional intelligence to manage uncertainty and achieve cross-functional agreement.
- Collaborate with the VP, Marketing and Creative Director to create a provider brand strategy that establishes clinical authority and builds trust and loyalty.
- Co-lead the development and management of a Provider Advisory Board with the VP of Clinical Affairs for internal advice and external brand representation.
- Work with Commercial and Clinical Affairs teams to identify valuable resources, content, and speaking opportunities that boost provider engagement, acquisition, and retention.
- Guide channel owners on how to use messaging and content effectively in their respective channels.
Requirements
- 10+ years of increasing experience in product marketing or go-to-market roles, with a history of launching successful B2B and B2C products.
- Experience in the healthcare industry, working across payer, provider, or patient/consumer models.
- Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and trusting environment through coaching and clear goal setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with a proven ability to gain credibility with senior leaders and influence without direct authority.
- Deep understanding of full-funnel digital marketing, content strategy, and campaign management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for translating complex clinical information into clear, engaging stories.
