What you'll do

• Create Python scripts to extract and download substantial web datasets.
• Use SQL to refine and process collected data.
• Develop and maintain clean, high-performance code.
• Review peer code and uphold engineering standards.
• Identify and resolve software defects.
• Manage documentation for all software and technical processes.
• Integrate open-source machine learning models and construct data curation workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address technical challenges.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in research, machine learning, or software engineering.
• Advanced Python programming skills.
• Practical experience with PyTorch and SQL.
• Proficiency in Linux environments and shell scripting.
• Background in large-scale software development.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Ability to work both autonomously and within a group.

Nice to have

• Master degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
• Background in LLMs, NLP, computer vision, or multimodal AI.
• Experience with ML infrastructure, platforms, or backend systems.
• History of web scraping and managing massive datasets.
• Familiarity with cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and methodologies.
• Published research, papers, or conference presentations in AI or ML.
