What you'll do
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive enterprise architecture framework that aligns with Envitia's strategic objectives and operational needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into architectural designs that facilitate seamless integration of systems and processes.
- Assess current IT infrastructure and identify areas for improvement, ensuring that technology investments deliver maximum value to the organization.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable and secure solutions that enhance data management, application performance, and user experience.
- Establish best practices for architecture governance, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, guiding them in implementing architectural principles and practices.
- Conduct regular reviews of architectural designs and implementations to ensure alignment with evolving business needs and technological advancements.
- Engage with external vendors and partners to evaluate new technologies and solutions that could benefit the organization.
- Prepare and present architectural proposals and roadmaps to senior management and stakeholders, articulating the business value of proposed initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, providing insights and recommendations to drive innovation within the organization.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote architectural awareness and best practices across the organization.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure that architectural considerations are integrated into project planning and execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
- Extensive knowledge of software development processes, system integration, and IT infrastructure management.
- Proficiency in architectural modeling tools and frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex systems and identify solutions that meet business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their architectural implications.
- Familiarity with data management practices, including data governance, data modeling, and data integration strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture, cloud architecture, or related fields are highly desirable.

- Experience in the public sector or working with government clients.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices as they relate to enterprise architecture.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Previous experience in leading architectural transformation initiatives.
