What you'll do

• Develop and produce high-quality visual content, including videos, infographics, and photography, that aligns with Bamboohr's brand identity and messaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and engineering, to gather insights and create content that effectively communicates our technological advancements.
• Conduct interviews with team members and industry experts to gather stories and insights that can be transformed into engaging visual narratives.
• Manage the entire content production process, from conceptualization and scripting to filming, editing, and final delivery, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Utilize data analytics to assess the performance of visual content and adjust strategies to enhance engagement and reach across various platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in visual storytelling to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.
• Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of visual materials that support marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Develop and implement brand guidelines for visual content to maintain consistency across all platforms and materials.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for new content formats and storytelling techniques.
• Build and nurture relationships with external vendors, freelancers, and collaborators to expand our content production capabilities.
• Train and mentor junior team members in visual storytelling techniques and best practices.
• Represent Bamboohr at industry events and conferences, capturing and sharing visual content that highlights our presence and initiatives.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation, with a focus on visual storytelling and multimedia production.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong skills in graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, to create visually appealing content.
• Excellent storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics in visual composition.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for content distribution and engagement.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.

Nice to have

• Experience in the energy sector or a related field, providing insight into industry-specific content needs.
• Knowledge of animation and motion graphics software, such as After Effects, to enhance visual storytelling capabilities.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and how they apply to visual content to improve online visibility.
