About the role
Enable is looking for a specialist to manage our financial systems as we continue to scale following our recent acquisition of Flintfox. You will be responsible for maintaining our NetSuite environment, leading integration efforts, and ensuring our financial data supports our rapid organizational growth.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Integrate systems and processes from acquired companies into our existing infrastructure while maintaining data integrity.
- Build and update NetSuite dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support executive decision-making.
- Monitor NetSuite updates and implement new features to keep the system aligned with regulatory and business needs.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into functional system designs and configurations.
- Manage UAT and SIT processes, including deployment oversight and end-user training.
- Oversee complex integrations to ensure data synchronization and resolve technical issues.
- Lead cross-functional projects regarding system upgrades and new deployments.
- Develop and optimize SuiteScripts, custom workflows, and third-party integrations.
- Automate manual tasks to increase operational efficiency.
- Document technical processes and maintain knowledge articles within Atlassian Confluence.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a related capacity.
- Proficiency in SuiteScript and advanced workflow design.
- Practical knowledge of billing, payments, accounts receivable, general ledger, and revenue recognition.
- Ability to provide system support and training to diverse business departments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
