• Identify and develop new sourcing regions and strategic supplier partnerships.
• Lead multimillion-dollar price negotiations and cost reduction initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and cost drivers to maintain competitive pricing for all product categories.
• Conduct supply chain risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support product life cycles, launches, and transitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor or master degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience, preferably within a procurement function.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems through analytical thinking and data-driven insights.
• Strong negotiation capabilities and the drive to secure optimal business outcomes.
• Ability to manage and communicate with external partners and senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.
• Entrepreneurial approach with a willingness to execute strategies hands-on.
• Interest in adopting new technologies, including AI, to improve processes.
