Full-Stack Software Engineer

This position involves building and scaling a healthcare e-commerce platform designed to simplify how patients access care. You will work within a fast-paced startup environment to develop end-to-end features while collaborating with clinical staff to integrate complex medical infrastructure.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain full-stack features such as appointment booking, pricing engines, and payment systems.
• Create product requirements documents and SQL analytics queries.
• Conduct quality assurance testing for your own features.
• Work alongside operations teams and clinicians to translate business needs into technical workflows.
• Integrate the platform with insurance systems, Electronic Health Records, and laboratory providers.

Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of experience in full-stack software engineering.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Previous work experience in a startup environment.
• Ability to reside in the San Francisco area.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Full fluency in English.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an understanding of go-to-market strategy.
