About the role
EMARKETER is seeking a Sales Enablement Program Director to lead onboarding, product training, and coaching initiatives for our Subscription Sales team. You will report to the CRO and work cross-functionally to refine the buyer journey through structured training and system adoption.

What you'll do
- Develop and manage a full-cycle sales enablement function to support revenue growth.
- Design and execute milestone-based onboarding paths for new sales representatives.
- Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership to deliver training for product launches and messaging shifts.
- Partner with sales managers to implement coaching programs focused on methodology, talk tracks, and pipeline generation.
- Provide hands-on training for internal tools and serve as the primary liaison between sales and Revenue Operations.
- Create supporting documentation, including decks, guides, and certification frameworks.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or related go-to-market roles.
- Proven track record of building or scaling an enablement function within a B2B organization.
- Experience managing onboarding initiatives and coaching both individual contributors and managers.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work across multiple departments.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Must reside within commuting distance of the New York City office.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
- Background in instructional design or adult learning theory.
- Experience with learning management systems like Litmos.

Practical notes
- Base salary: $140,000 to $150,000, plus On-Target Earnings.
