About the role

Ema is developing an Agentic AI platform designed to automate repetitive enterprise tasks and boost workforce efficiency. We are looking for a designer to create intuitive experiences that streamline complex business workflows for our global users.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Design user interfaces by balancing customer feedback, data insights, and technical limitations.
• Partner with product managers, researchers, and engineers to execute design concepts.
• Build wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes for new product features.
• Refine complex processes into clean and accessible user experiences.
• Build and manage design systems and UI patterns to ensure visual consistency.
• Present design strategies and concepts to various stakeholders.
• Iterate on product functionality based on user testing and team input.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Bachelor degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating a history of user-centered design work.
• Ability to use data to drive design choices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating within technical, cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Proven track record of shipping products across multiple platforms.
• Interest in exploring and implementing new design methodologies.

Skills & tools

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or equivalent design software.
• Knowledge of modern web technologies and industry design standards.

Practical notes
