About the role

Ema is developing a universal agentic AI platform designed to automate complex enterprise workflows. We are seeking a delivery leader to manage the implementation and stabilization of these AI systems for our clients.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Manage the full delivery lifecycle from initial design to production rollout and system stabilization.
• Analyze client business processes to translate them into functional agentic AI workflows.
• Provide technical oversight to identify and mitigate risks related to data quality, system scale, and integrations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external IT and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal efforts across product, engineering, data, infrastructure, and value engineering teams.
• Monitor project progress and report on success metrics based on actual adoption and business outcomes.
• Mentor team members and establish standards for delivery discipline.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical delivery, program leadership, or implementation management.
• Proven track record of taking complex enterprise systems from pilot to production at scale.
• Hands-on experience with automation systems or agentic AI.
• Experience working directly with engineering, product, and client IT departments.
• Familiarity with cloud environments including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Proficiency with APIs and enterprise-level software integrations.
• Background working in high-growth startups or enterprise platform organizations.
• Ability to stabilize systems under pressure during and after go-live.
