Sr. Manager, Supply Planning, rhode

About the role

This position leads supply planning operations for the rhode brand within the Elfbeauty portfolio. You will manage inventory strategies and production schedules to ensure product availability while supporting the broader sales and operations planning process.

What you'll do

• Facilitate the S&OP cycle by consolidating data inputs and aligning purchasing plans across departments.
• Partner with Finance, Marketing, and Sales teams to incorporate business strategy into operational execution.
• Monitor inventory levels to identify excess or obsolete stock and propose solutions to mitigate risk.
• Direct daily supply planning activities to maintain consistent stock levels across all sales channels.
• Execute Material Requirements Planning to balance production schedules with inventory targets.
• Coordinate with sourcing and internal stakeholders to evaluate the impact of supply chain decisions.
• Manage planning for new product launches and SKU transitions to ensure operational readiness.
• Work with logistics partners to track shipments and meet service-level goals.
• Maintain data integrity within internal systems to support accurate inventory reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, or S&OP operations.
• Background in the CPG or beauty industry.
• Proven track record of managing and improving forecast accuracy at the SKU or channel level.
• Ability to analyze data trends and convert findings into operational recommendations.
• Experience navigating ERP or MRP systems and forecasting platforms.
• Capability to present complex supply chain information to senior leadership.

• Proficiency in creating macros within Excel.

• Advanced Excel including modeling, pivot tables, scenario analysis, and complex formulas.

Practical notes

• This role requires a hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the office.
• Compensation includes base salary, equity, and an annual performance bonus.
• Employees are eligible for bonus payouts up to 200 percent of the target based on company performance.
