About the role

This position manages the content creator program for the rhode brand. You will direct creator partnerships and social media execution to ensure all brand output aligns with company goals and timelines.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Direct the talent strategy and daily operations for the rhode content creator program.
• Manage creator relationships, including briefing, feedback, approvals, and delivery schedules.
• Align creator content with the brand calendar, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate social asset usage and organization across internal departments.
• Monitor project budgets, production timelines, and milestones to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with Creative, Editorial, Brand Marketing, and Product Marketing teams.
• Document campaign results, creator performance, and platform trends.
• Use performance data to provide recommendations for workflow and content improvements.
• Monitor social platform updates and cultural shifts to identify brand opportunities.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of professional experience in social media, influencer marketing, content marketing, or brand marketing.
• Proven ability to manage creator workflows from initial concept to final execution.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written communication skills suited to a specific brand voice.
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and creative teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the beauty or lifestyle industries.
• Familiarity with Figma, Google Workspace, social scheduling software, or analytics tools.

• Total compensation includes base salary, equity, and an annual performance bonus.
• The company bonus program has historically allowed for up to 200% of target payouts when performance goals are exceeded.
