- Draft comprehensive social media briefs.
- Produce regular reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Support content production tasks like photo cropping and video editing.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media marketing.
- Current residency in the Los Angeles area.
- Strong writing skills for social media captions.
- Ability to thrive in a high-speed work environment with a self-starting, hands-on mindset.
- Deep knowledge of social media algorithms and cultural trends.

Practical notes
Total compensation includes base salary, equity, and an annual company performance bonus. The bonus program has historically allowed for up to 200% of the target payout based on company performance. The work environment is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Employees also receive year-round half-day Fridays.
