Sr. Designer

About the role

Elfbeauty is seeking a creative professional to drive design execution across our diverse portfolio, including e.l.f. Cosmetics, e.l.f. SKIN, Well People, Naturium, and rhode skin. You will produce visual assets for digital, social, retail, and ecommerce channels while ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

What you'll do

• Execute design projects for ecommerce, social media, paid media, and retail environments.
• Work with art directors and copywriters to convert creative briefs and consumer insights into visual experiences.
• Maintain high standards for typography, layout, and design systems across multiple formats.
• Partner with marketing, UX, and events teams from the initial concept phase to final delivery.
• Create platform-specific assets for Instagram and TikTok.
• Present design concepts and integrate feedback into final iterations.
• Mentor junior team members by providing constructive design guidance.
• Balance multiple project timelines in a high-volume work environment.
• Monitor trends in beauty, fashion, and design to inform creative output.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree.
• 4 to 5 years of professional design experience in high-volume settings, preferably within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
• Experience with 360-degree design across social, digital, and print.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Skills & tools

• Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Figma.
• Digital animation software.
• Working knowledge of AI.

Practical notes

• Compensation includes base salary, annual performance bonus, and equity.
• Bonus program eligibility allows for up to 200 percent of target based on company performance.

• Work environment is hybrid with 3 days in office and 2 days at home.
