About the role
This position focuses on building scalable educational programs that introduce the rhode brand and its product line to global audiences. You will work under the Senior Global Manager of Field, Education and Events to create resources that help retail partners and internal teams represent the brand accurately.

What you'll do
- Develop and execute global education strategies to support international growth, product launches, and retail initiatives.
- Produce and manage educational resources and tools that ensure a uniform brand experience across all markets.
- Translate technical product and ingredient information into effective selling tools and training materials.
- Collaborate with Creative and Product Marketing departments to ensure all training content matches the rhode brand voice.
- Coordinate the planning and delivery of field conferences, such as the Sephora Store Manager Conference.
- Manage the logistics for product gratis programs associated with retail activations and launches.
- Collect and analyze field feedback to refine future training programs and identify new opportunities.
- Adapt global training assets for regional needs while maintaining brand standards.
- Track the performance of education initiatives to measure effectiveness and improve future content.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in training, learning and development, or product education within the skincare or beauty sectors.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-speed environment.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills with an ability to distill complex data into clear messaging.
- Ability to travel as required and work across different global time zones.

- Experience working with prestige retail partners like Sephora.
- Familiarity with Sephora learning platforms and retail training tools.
- Background in supporting international markets or global education programs.

Practical notes
Total compensation includes base salary, equity, and an annual performance bonus. The company has a history of paying up to 200% of target bonuses based on performance. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plans, gender-neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off. The work schedule is hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, though this role requires regular travel to the Beverly Hills headquarters and other locations as needed.
