About the role
This is a foundational role where you will manage both the technical and business success for key customers in the UK and Ireland. You will bridge product, engineering, and revenue functions, proactively identifying and solving customer challenges. Your work will directly impact revenue growth and retention for your assigned accounts.

What you'll do
- Lead customer onboarding, enablement, and growth across our entire platform, including speech models, creative tools, and AI agents.
- Provide practical guidance on production deployment, analyzing usage and performance data to ensure smooth adoption and address issues early.
- Manage commercial outcomes for a specific portfolio of accounts, focusing on Gross Revenue Retention, Net Revenue Retention, cross-selling, and net expansion.
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities, manage renewals, and close upsells.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and CS leadership to convert technical achievements into revenue.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Account Management for complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products within the UK & Ireland.
- Demonstrated ability to own and manage a defined book of business.
- Fluent in English.
- Proven experience operating in the UK & Ireland market, understanding local dynamics and cultural aspects.
- Experience with building and deploying AI agents.
- A strong builder mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and pioneering new approaches to drive revenue across a region.
- Familiarity with API integrations and navigating SDKs.
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Documented success in driving revenue, including managing a revenue quota and identifying, qualifying, and closing cross-sell opportunities and renewals.
- Excellent problem-solving, technical, and analytical abilities to address customer needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers at all organizational levels.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
