Chief of Staff - India
Job description
About the role
You will act as a strategic thought partner to the India General Manager, pressure-testing plans and challenging assumptions before they turn into execution. You will scope and build the case for new growth bets in untapped segments, channels, and motions across the Indian market. You will bring an outside-in view of where India GTM is under-indexed and turn market and competitive signals into a clear, actionable plan. You will own end-to-end execution of key growth initiatives, driving them from initial plan to measurable outcomes and accountable results. You will serve as the connective tissue across Legal, Marketing, and Product teams on India-specific initiatives and cross-functional priorities. You will track the KPIs and OKRs that matter for the India business and surface issues early before they escalate into crises. You will identify and fix operational problems ahead of scale, using AI tools to automate, streamline, and multiply your own impact on the team. You will handle sensitive matters with discretion and act as a trusted advisor across the organization at all levels.
