What you'll do

• Lead the development and implementation of electrification strategies for urban mobility, focusing on electric vehicles and alternative fuel technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, and marketing, to ensure alignment on electrification goals and initiatives.
• Conduct feasibility studies and market analysis to identify opportunities for the adoption of alternative fuels in urban transportation.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful execution of electrification projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the electrification of transportation systems or alternative fuel technologies.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from conception to completion, with a focus on sustainability.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in conducting market research and feasibility studies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and standards related to electrification and alternative fuels.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passion for sustainability and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in urban mobility.
