Senior UX Content Designer

About the role

You will shape the language and user experience across our digital fitness platforms. This position involves defining content strategy and working directly with product teams to ensure our messaging is clear and effective for our users.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Develop and validate content strategies that improve the digital user experience.
• Work alongside product designers, engineers, and marketers from the initial wireframe stage to the final product.
• Use data from user research and usability testing to refine and improve content.
• Manage the company style guide and ensure brand voice consistency while accounting for accessibility and localization needs.
• Build efficient workflows and self-service resources to help cross-functional teams manage content.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align on project requirements and communicate strategic content decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX writing or content design.
• Proven track record of creating user-focused content strategies for B2B and B2B2C products.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
• Strong interest in the fitness, sports, and longevity sectors, including familiarity with industry-specific terminology.
• Ability to identify inconsistencies and improve product experiences through attention to detail.
• Professional fluency in English.

• Proficiency in German, French, or other additional languages.
