About the role

Egym is expanding its presence in France and seeking a fitness professional to join our new Lyon office. You will help shift the healthcare industry toward prevention by managing our fitness floor and supporting the adoption of our digital training ecosystem.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Monitor activities on the fitness floor and ensure equipment remains in good working order.
• Instruct clients on correct exercise techniques and the operation of Egym machinery.
• Design personalized workout programs tailored to individual member goals.
• Assist members with progress tracking and answer questions regarding the Egym ecosystem.
• Support sales staff during showroom visits and technical demonstrations.
• Collaborate with the team to improve user experiences and suggest operational enhancements.

Requirements

• Hold a BPJEPS, STAPS, or CQP certification in a relevant field.
• Previous professional experience in a gym, health club, or fitness facility.
• Proficiency in anatomy, physiology, and the creation of training plans.
• Ability to operate fitness technology, including training apps and connected equipment.
• Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English.
• Proactive work ethic with the ability to balance independent tasks and team collaboration.
