About the role

Join our AI Transformation Team at our Munich headquarters to integrate artificial intelligence into daily operations. You will bridge the gap between technical potential and business needs by facilitating workshops, managing stakeholders, and building functional prototypes.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end AI workshops to identify pain points, define agent requirements, and validate prototypes.
• Collaborate with department leads to document and prioritize domain-specific AI agents based on business value.
• Develop and test AI prototypes using low-code tools like Dataleap and n8n before handing them off to engineering for production.
• Maintain a central repository of prompts, best practices, and reusable skills to encourage cross-departmental knowledge sharing.
• Manage the internal EGYM AI Playbook, including Notion documentation and training guides.
• Oversee the AI Champions network by hosting meetings, tracking progress, and managing communication channels.
• Evaluate external AI vendors and coordinate pilot programs.
• Assist departments in developing and sequencing their specific AI strategies based on impact and feasibility.

Requirements

• Approximately 3 years of experience in AI enablement, consulting, product management, or digital transformation.
• Degree in Business, Innovation Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Daily proficiency with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot.
• Hands-on experience with low-code automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or Dataleap.
• Proven ability to moderate workshops and produce educational content.
• Capability to define and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of AI implementations.
• Fluency in both English and German.
