• Led institutional BD across asset issuers, foundations, and investment managers; building active partnerships and sales pipeline with 20+ counterparties including Paxos and the Avalanche Foundation.
• Built AI-powered BD tooling; LLM-driven partner research, outreach automation, and pipeline tracking (Python, onchain analytics). Reducing manual process time by 90%.
• Built the reserve issuer stack; landed integrations with Avant, Agora, Frax, Cap, and RAAC as yield-sharing reserve assets that combines $4.5B volume reachout.
• Designed a structured launch program: a cohort model that onboards pre-launch projects by combining issuer yield, foundation grant capital and commitments into a single distribution vehicle.

Modular smart-contract infrastructure stack became Brix, which raised $5.5M from Circle, Consensys, Yapı Kredi FRWRD, and İş Asset Management to build tokenization and distribution infrastructure for emerging market banks and asset managers.

• Designed and ran incubation and hackathon programs for Avalanche, Linea, Paribu, and Optimism, securing a combined $7M+ in ecosystem grant and program commitments.
• Owned web3 partnerships and sales across foundations and DAOs including Consensys, Avalabs, Optimism, Everclear and Paribu. Managed a pipeline of 40+ active accounts.

Built a cross-chain payment processor letting users pay with any token across EVM chains and Solana.

• Selected to LBank Labs' global bootcamp in Cabo, Mexico by their investment committee
• Acquired by Inverter Network in early 2024.

UX/UI, smart contract flows, and platform testing across 25+ games for Boomland (1B+ downloads) and the auction module for Turkey's leading football club fan token project.
