What you'll do

• Coordinate interview schedules across various time zones and internal departments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates to ensure clear communication and a positive experience.
• Maintain process governance and administrative health within the Greenhouse ATS.
• Manage operational tasks including vendor payments and internal recruitment controls.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as time to fill, time to hire, funnel conversion, and diversity metrics.
• Generate reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for recruitment strategy.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Advanced or fluent proficiency in English.
• Prior professional background in recruitment operations, talent attraction, or employer branding.
• Proven ability to interpret data, manage metrics, and build analytical reports.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities at once.

Nice to have

• Experience using Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems.
• Background in managing vendor relationships, processing invoices, and handling operational workflows.
