Key facts

What you'll do

• Manage card performance features including Network Token, Card-on-File, Account Updater, and 3DS.
• Evaluate payment metrics to find trends that increase conversion and operational reliability.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Commercial departments to resolve issues and prioritize product improvements.
• Lead discovery projects to test new providers and technologies that boost approval rates and system redundancy.
• Build and maintain monitoring systems and KPIs to track the health of the payment ecosystem.
• Monitor industry shifts to keep our product offerings competitive.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Technology, or a related field.
• Strong ability to analyze data, spot patterns, and convert findings into product strategy.
• Proven experience managing initiatives within cross-functional teams.
• Clear communication skills for managing stakeholders across technical and business units.
• Proactive mindset focused on ownership and continuous problem-solving.
• Ability to use AI tools for documentation, analysis, and execution.

Nice to have

• Background in fintech, payments, or e-commerce.
• Technical knowledge of smart routing, anti-fraud tools, and card schemes.
• Experience working with issuers, acquirers, and payment providers.
• Proficiency in SQL and observability platforms like Datadog, Kibana, Grafana, or Looker.
• Familiarity with experimental product development.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
