About the role

This leadership position involves defining and executing the product strategy for EBANX's payment solutions in South Cone LatAm. You will guide a team of product managers, drive commercial growth, and ensure our offerings are best-in-class for global merchants.

What you'll do

• Shape the multi-year product strategy for payment solutions, aligning with global company goals and local market needs.
• Translate business objectives into a prioritized product roadmap, balancing immediate commercial gains with long-term platform development.
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of ownership and customer focus.
• Collaborate with commercial, operations, engineering, and other departments to build scalable and compliant solutions.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and research through to launch and ongoing improvement.
• Drive go-to-market strategies for new payment features, including pricing, positioning, and performance tracking.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading product teams in payments, fintech, or fast-growing technology companies, with a record of business impact.
• In-depth understanding of the payments landscape in Argentina and/or Latin America, including acquirers, issuers, payment networks, alternative payment methods, payment service providers, settlement processes, foreign exchange, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven people leadership abilities, including experience in hiring, coaching, and developing product managers.
• Strong business understanding, connecting product strategy to revenue, unit economics, and market positioning.
• Ability to influence and gain alignment from senior stakeholders across various functions.
• Experience working within global and multicultural organizations.
• Hands-on experience managing the full product lifecycle: discovery, roadmap planning, delivery, market introduction, and performance monitoring.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
