Key facts
What you'll do
Contribute to the annual financial plan, quarterly projections, and long-term financial strategy.
Create financial models to enhance understanding of company performance and future investments.
Review monthly financial results, identify key business drivers, and present actionable insights to leadership.
Work with the accounting team to ensure consistency between actuals, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Streamline and automate financial planning processes using modern tools and efficient workflows.
Develop executive-level reports and dashboards to support organizational decision-making.
Assist in preparing materials for board meetings, leadership presentations, and strategic planning efforts.
Collaborate with R&D, G&A, and Operations teams to understand business performance and its financial implications.
Act as a finance partner, translating complex business inquiries into straightforward financial recommendations.
Help establish consistent financial planning practices as the company grows.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance.
Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills, including building dynamic forecasting models.
Experience in high-growth SaaS or technology companies is preferred.
Strong analytical skills and comfort with navigating ambiguity.
Experience utilizing AI tools for analysis automation, workflow improvement, and productivity gains.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex analyses to executives.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Nice to have
Experience with NetSuite and Anaplan.

Targeted salary range: $124,000 - $166,000.
