About the role

Dutchie is seeking a finance professional to act as the core partner for our revenue-focused departments. You will guide our commercial strategy by analyzing investments, refining forecasting, and shaping the financial structure of our sales and marketing operations.

What you'll do

• Act as the primary finance liaison for the Go-to-Market team.
• Collaborate with revenue leadership on headcount planning, pricing, and growth strategy.
• Provide financial oversight for customer acquisition, expansion, and retention efforts.
• Create models for ARR, bookings, pipeline, and sales productivity.
• Assess unit economics and performance across different products and territories.
• Perform scenario planning to guide resource allocation.
• Present data-driven recommendations to executive leadership.
• Work with Revenue Operations to improve reporting and forecasting accuracy.
• Prepare materials for annual planning, quarterly business reviews, and board meetings.
• Use automation and AI tools to streamline financial analysis and reporting.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of professional experience in strategic finance, FP&A, GTM finance, investment banking, or consulting.
• Proficiency in SaaS metrics such as LTV, CAC, ARR, retention, and sales productivity.
• Advanced financial modeling and scenario planning skills.
• Ability to influence and partner with senior cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience using modern tools and AI to improve analytical workflows.
• Strong executive presence and communication abilities.

• Prior experience supporting Marketing, Sales, or Customer Success teams within a SaaS company.

Practical notes

• Salary range: $149,000 to $201,000.
