Dutchie is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to help guide the company's financial operations. This role involves collaborating with finance, accounting, and business leaders to create forecasts, evaluate performance, refine planning processes, and provide insights for executive decisions. You will contribute to building scalable financial infrastructure and automating tasks.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage aspects of the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
- Develop financial models to enhance understanding of company performance and future investments.
- Analyze monthly results, identify key business drivers, and share insights with leadership.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate reporting and alignment of actuals, forecasts, and KPIs.
- Improve and automate planning workflows using AI, modern financial tools, and scalable processes.
- Find opportunities to eliminate manual reporting through automation and self-service analytics.
- Help evolve executive reporting and dashboards to improve organizational decision-making.
- Support the creation of board materials, leadership presentations, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Partner with R&D, G&A, and Operations to understand business performance and its financial impact.
- Act as a trusted finance partner, simplifying complex business questions into clear financial recommendations.
- Help establish consistent planning disciplines as Dutchie continues to grow.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance.
- Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills, including building dynamic forecasting models.
- Strong analytical curiosity and comfort navigating ambiguous situations.
- Experience using AI tools to automate analysis, improve workflows, and increase productivity.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex analyses into executive-ready recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Practical notes
The target starting salary for this position is $124,000 to $166,000. The total compensation package includes full medical benefits (dental and vision), stock options for all employees, and an allowance for technology (hardware, software, reading materials). The role offers flexible vacation and sick days.
