ACH Operations Analyst

About the role

Dutchie is seeking an ACH Operations Analyst to manage the Pay by Bank product. This role involves overseeing the complete money movement process, conducting reconciliations, supporting compliance efforts, and finding ways to improve operational efficiency for the ACH payments program. You will collaborate extensively with various internal departments.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of transaction data across different systems and with banking partners.
• Track and confirm money movement from initiation to completion.
• Investigate and resolve any transaction discrepancies or failed payments by working with internal teams and external banking partners.
• Identify opportunities to automate reconciliation tasks and improve money movement processes, including the use of AI tools.
• Manage the Proof of Authorization process, ensuring merchant authorizations and documentation are accurate and meet banking partner requirements.
• Address customer and dispensary inquiries related to the ACH program.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial operations, fintech, banking, or accounting, with a focus on reconciliation and balancing.
• A solid understanding of banking operations, electronic money movement, and ACH networks.
• Familiarity with payment processing and digital wallet systems.
