Key facts

What you'll do

• Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to find candidates for engineering, product, go-to-market, operations, and other departments.
• Actively search for and connect with qualified individuals through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant channels.
• Construct and maintain robust pipelines of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Experiment with and refine sourcing methods, messaging, and targeting to improve our approach.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role specifics and define ideal candidate profiles.
• Utilize modern AI tools and sourcing platforms to enhance the speed, scale, and quality of our talent acquisition efforts.
• Design and test new sourcing approaches incorporating AI-powered workflows and automation.

Requirements

• Demonstrated strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in talent sourcing, preferably within a fast-paced technology company.
• Proven success in driving outbound sourcing, building candidate pipelines, and engaging potential hires.
• Expertise in advanced search techniques, including Boolean logic and X-ray search.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to manage multiple functions and roles concurrently without compromising quality.
• Excellent communication skills, with a talent for crafting outreach messages that generate responses.
• Familiarity with AI-driven sourcing tools and an interest in emerging technologies in the field.
• Self-motivated and organized, capable of defining and achieving success with minimal supervision.
