• Take full ownership of the recruitment process for multiple critical positions, meeting aggressive hiring targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to build talent pipelines in new international regions and successfully establish hiring presence in untapped markets.
• Drive excellence in talent acquisition within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to manage and fill numerous high-priority roles concurrently under tight deadlines.
• Proven track record of establishing talent pipelines and opening new hiring markets, particularly in diverse geographical areas.
• An exceptional work ethic, willing to commit to a demanding schedule (9 AM to 9 PM, 6 days a week).
• A strong drive and sense of responsibility in your work.
