AI Engineer, Performance Marketing

About the role

We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our performance marketing group to develop generative pipelines and agentic systems. You will focus on automating creative production, including image and video generation, while building the internal tooling to support these workflows.

What you'll do

• Design and support AI-driven features and agentic workflows for creative asset production.
• Develop systems that produce ad creatives, such as interactive playables, by integrating multimodal asset generation and code generation.
• Collaborate with creative strategists to transform their manual processes into scalable, repeatable workflows.
• Create evaluation pipelines to assess creative output, incorporating both automated quality checks and human-in-the-loop review processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience building LLM chains, agentic workflows, and multimodal model integrations.
• Experience working with generative AI, specifically diffusion models and video/image generation tools.
• Familiarity with vector databases, function calling, and RAG techniques.
• A strong creative eye for ad performance and an interest in gaming.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment and a deep interest in tracking new AI model capabilities.
