About the role
Doss is seeking a paid growth specialist to manage all aspects of paid acquisition, from initial strategy to direct execution. This role involves building new channels and scaling existing programs across various platforms to generate qualified leads for the GTM team. You will drive pipeline volume through disciplined experimentation and rigorous measurement.

What you'll do
- Achieve pipeline goals by executing plans to drive growth through digital channels.
- Own paid advertising end-to-end, including strategy and execution across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
- Build new paid channels from scratch and scale existing ones efficiently while maintaining cost-per-acquisition.
- Design and run rigorous A/B tests with clear hypotheses, isolating variables to achieve statistical significance.
- Define and measure key metrics at each funnel stage, using leading indicators to inform decisions.
- Partner with product marketing on messaging, sales on lead quality, and design on creative assets.
- Maintain clear dashboards and report on performance to the Director of Growth and VP of Marketing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience running paid ads across multiple channels.
- Deep, current understanding of Google, LinkedIn, and Meta ad platforms.
- Managed annual ad budgets exceeding $1M.
- Hands-on experience in ad platforms, capable of taking a channel from inception to scale.
- Obsessed with experimentation, applying a scientific method to testing and iteration.
- Metrics-driven, understanding leading vs. lagging indicators and how to track them.
- Conversion-oriented with strong instincts for effective ad creative and landing pages.
- Resourceful and biased toward action, launching quickly and optimizing.
- Team-first mindset, collaborating effectively across functions.
