About the role
Doss is seeking a Growth Manager to take full ownership of paid acquisition efforts. This individual will be responsible for developing strategies and executing campaigns across various digital channels. The role involves both launching new initiatives and expanding existing programs to generate qualified leads for the GTM team.

What you'll do
- Meet pipeline targets by driving new opportunities through digital channels.
- Manage paid advertising comprehensively, including strategy, campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding, budget allocation, creative briefs, ad copy, and landing pages for Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
- Establish new paid channels from the ground up and efficiently scale current ones while maintaining cost-per-acquisition and efficiency.
- Conduct rigorous A/B tests using a scientific method, forming hypotheses, isolating variables, and reaching statistical significance to create repeatable strategies.
- Define and track key metrics at each stage of the funnel, using leading indicators to inform decisions proactively.
- Collaborate with product marketing on messaging, sales on lead quality, and design on high-performing creative assets.
- Provide regular performance reports and maintain dashboards for the Director of Growth and VP of Marketing on spend, efficiency, and pipeline contribution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing paid ads across multiple channels.
- In-depth, current knowledge of Google, LinkedIn, and Meta ad platforms.
- Experience managing annual ad budgets exceeding $1M.
- Demonstrated ability to scale ad spend efficiently.
- Hands-on experience in building and scaling paid channels from inception.
- A scientific approach to experimentation, including hypothesis formation and variable control.
- Strong understanding of leading versus lagging indicators and how to measure them.
- Proven ability to write clear, persuasive ad copy and optimize landing pages for conversion.
- A proactive and resourceful approach, prioritizing quick iteration and optimization.
- A collaborative mindset, thriving in a high-trust, high-performance team setting.
